- Our services are designed to deliver primary healthcare, post-hospitalization care, long-term illness management, physiotherapy, routine checkups, and other medical services as requested by the patient.
Payment and Billing:
- Payment for our services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, and cash.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of cancellation or dissatisfaction with our services.
User Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your medical history, symptoms, and other relevant details.
